Laynie Smith
is a baker based in Boulder, Colorado.
I have been baking professionally for close to a decade, since my first-ever job at a bakery in my hometown of St. Louis, Missouri.
Upon moving to Boulder, I worked on the pastry team at Frasca Food & Wine, then moved on to run the pastry program at Boxcar Coffee, where I’ve been for the past three years. In the summers, you can find me making desserts and more with Meadow Lark Farm Dinners across various farms in Boulder County.
