Hello! I’m Laynie.

I have been baking professionally for close to a decade, and have always held a special appreciation for making layer cakes.

My approach to baking has a heavy emphasis on the seasons, whole grains, and fresh or preserved fruits & herbs. I like to decorate with dramatic swooshes of buttercream, seasonal fruit, and fresh flowers.

My style is best described as rustic and a little bit whimsical. No two cakes are the same!
